Engineering gameplay systems and growth infrastructure for a 2D gothic-circus Metroidvania.

The project needed both reliable gameplay systems and scalable creator outreach. Controller handling, camera polish, vibration edge cases, and marketing operations all had to feel production-ready while the team moved quickly toward public demo and showcase milestones.

Creator Operations Dashboard
A React-based internal dashboard and Python CLI workflow used to track creator discovery, outreach status, email campaigns, and research signals for 1,300+ gaming creators.
