Engineering gameplay systems and growth infrastructure for a 2D gothic-circus Metroidvania.

target The Problem

The project needed both reliable gameplay systems and scalable creator outreach. Controller handling, camera polish, vibration edge cases, and marketing operations all had to feel production-ready while the team moved quickly toward public demo and showcase milestones.
